In addition to the existing capacity, it reached a 1850 ton/day capacity in total including 400 tons of pasta, 700 tons of semolina in 2014 and 150 tons of instant noodle in 2017 Banetti pasta is manufactured by 100% durum wheat semolina that is a gift from Anatolia to the World Cuisine. Each phase of the manufacturing is conducted under the highest hygiene standards and remains under total control. Controlled entirely by the computers, the integrated facility complies of and meticulously follows the quality assurance standards during the all process from pre-manufacturing (raw material) to the final phase and it proves that with laboratory tests with advanced labs.
