1 BUNCH OF FRESH THYME
1 BUNCH OF FRESH BASIL l
1 TBS OF SUGAR

Directions
Split the tomatoes evenly into 3 parts. Cut the first part into big cubes, mix it with olive oil, garlic, fresh thyme, and bake it in a preheated oven with 200 degrees Celcius for 15 minutes. Boil the second part of the tomatoes in water to easily peel and grate them. On the one hand, boil our pasta in salted water. In a pan, add olive oil and garlic, boil and cook the grated tomatoes with sugar and salt. Add the boiled and drained tomatoes to the pan and mix well. And add the tomatoes from the oven. Chop the remaining tomatoes into small pieces, mix them with basil and serve by decorating the pasta.
