Glasswort Pasta

Ingredients


400 GR. FUSILLI PASTA

500 GR. GLASSWORT

1 CLOVE OF GARLIC

80 GR. FRESH ALMONDS

0.5 LT VEGETABLE BROTH

1 DRIED HOT PEPPERONI

1 HAND FULL OF (PANCO) BREAD CRUMB

OLIVE OIL

BLACK PEPPER

SALT

 

Directions

 

Put  the glasswort into hot water, wait for 1 minute and remove the stems. On another side, add olive oil and garlic to a pan and saute the glasswort in this pan. Add a couple of spoons of vegetable broth and cook it and put fresh almonds, dried hot pepperoni, 1 handful of bread crumbs, olive oil, salt and pepper in the food processor. Boil the pasta in plenty of salty water, take, strain them and add them into the pan with the glasswort and also add the sauce, mix everything well together and it’s ready to be served.
